Aging system on a constrained Hall County lot — assessment-driven replacement designed around actual soil and drainage conditions, installed to spec from permit to final grade.
The property in Flowery Branch had an aging septic system that had reached the end of its service life. The site presented two specific challenges: groundwater management close to the surface in the area where the new drain field needed to go, and limited usable space on the lot for the replacement system.
Both required assessment-driven planning before any equipment moved.
We began with a full soil assessment to understand groundwater depth and permeability across the available drain field area. Based on those conditions we designed a replacement system sized and placed to work within what the lot could actually support rather than what a standard installation would assume.
The old system was decommissioned and removed. The new system was installed to Hall County Environmental Health specifications, with county inspections coordinated before installation began and before backfill. The site was graded and restored after installation.
